The location of the Hawaiian Oasis makes it the perfect place to come home to while visiting the Big Island. It's a great launching spot no matter which way you're headed. We are 5 minutes from all Kona activities, but the serenity of the place feels like you are miles from anywhere. I love the bossy squawking of the wild parrots that have recently been hanging out in a big tree on the property, and the wild turkeys that innocently parade around like they own the place. Our neighbor grows some of the biggest mangoes I've ever seen, and occasionally one of those delectable beauties appears on the fruit platter for our B&B guests. It's pretty easy to forget that there are places to see and things to do once you get settled in here...maybe tomorrow...
